Liz Mihell
Managing Director, John Lewis, Bristol
Born and brought up in Devon, Liz graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Management Science in 1994 joining the graduate scheme at John Lewis, Brent Cross. A year later she moved to Milton Keynes as a department manager, then on to Cheadle a year later where she then went on to join the senior branch team in 1998. From there her career has taken her to Kingston, Cambridge and Head Office in London. Her first Managing Director position was at Peterborough in 2004, followed by the privilege of opening the first John Lewis shop in Wales, in Cardiff, in 2009. In November 2010 Liz took up her current position at Cribbs Causeway. Outside work, Liz is a busy wife and Mum to daughters aged 3 and 5.
