What makes a company count in the workplace?
Ethical people policies are central to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda.
Unlocking talent and tackling discrimination is also critical in meeting the challenge all employers face in recruitment and retention.
To challenge and support employers, BITC runs a number of workplace programmes targeting key areas of inequality – gender, race, health and skills.
-
What do we do?
