Such uncertainty demands stronger business management in every sense, from keeping a tight rein on costs to offering customers what they need to face the same challenges as we do, plus strong leadership so that staff understand their role in making the business continue to succeed.
“But commercial focus is not incompatible with community responsibility, and thoughtful forward planning counts here too. Castleoak’s charitable support, for example, remains an important part of our wish to ‘make a positive difference’, and this will continue, but with less impact on people’s time".
