On this page you can browse the categories for the 2012 Wales Impact Awards and download an application pack.

1. Wales Responsible Company of the Year

This Awards recognises the Welsh company, that through leadership and the integration of responsible business practice, is improving their business performance and their overall impact on society.

Eligibility: The Responsible Company of the Year Award is open only to private sector companies headquartered in Wales which are also Business in the Community members.

2. The Employee Volunteering Award

This Award seeks to recognise the commitment, skills and time dedicated by business volunteers in making a positive impact in their local community.

3. The Business Inspiring Young People Award

This Award is for the business making a difference by supporting and inspiring young people about the world of work.

4. The Ready for Work Award

This Award recognises companies that are improving the employability skills of people from excluded groups.

6. The People Development Award

This Award recognises the business making a difference by nuturing the talent and skills of its employees.

8. The Agile Organisation Award

This Award recognises workplace programmes and initiatives that demonstrate an agile or flexible approach to job design and the work environment which has resulted in a positive impact on employees and the business as a whole.
