APPG on CR Parliamentary Inquiries
At the AGM in July 2006, the APPG on CR agreed to run a parliamentary inquiry in 2007 looking at how businesses respond to the needs of vulnerable customers and to identify issues and opportunities for businesses in this area. The team heard evidence from a wide range of organisations, including businesses, charities, regulators and other stakeholders and launched a report in July - APPG on CSR Vulnerable Customers Report. All members of the Group were welcome to attend these meetings as stakeholders. Detailed information about each meeting was circulated on the All Party Notice.
