APPG on CR Toolkit
One of the APPG on CR's primary aims is to assist MPs and Peers raise CR issues in an informed way. With this in mind, Business in the Community has produced the MP's guide to responsible business, case studies and CR Issue briefings.
What's in this section ...
This short briefing note and appended materials are designed to help MPs - but also peers and researchers - encourage greater corporate responsibility. The resource offers practical support in the form of:
- A checklist of how to recognise a responsible company
- Facts and statistics which can be used for briefings or speeches on Corporate Responsibility
- Best practice case studies of companies whose programmes or approach could be easily replicated.
Case studies are an excellent way to bring a speech to life and
illustrate the work companies are doing to in your area for local
audiences be they students or business leaders.
For a fuller range of case studies illustrating responsible business activities in practice please visit BITC's Case Study database or explore BITC's work in your area.
