Simons Design has provided 110 hours of Pro-Bono consultancy for Hill Holt Wood’s community centre building, following the selection of the winning 3rd Year group project (University of Lincoln Architecture Department) and securing the Planning and Building Regulation Approval. Simons Design has contributed a further 46 hours to other organisations.
