Paul has had an extensive retail career at a senior level with The Co-op and ASDA and was previously CEO with a rapidly growing food business.
He has held several senior sales, commercial and marketing roles within leading FMCG and Food Manufacturers and is Chairman of Gorton Monastery Trust in Manchester, a Non Executive Director with two companies and advisor to a management consulting practice.
Since 2004, Paul has been a Deputy Lieutenant of the County of Greater Manchester. Paul is also a BITC alumni board member.
