Shane Lynch

Managing Director, AES Kilroot Power Limited

Shane is presently responsible for operational performance and business development at Kilroot Power Station.

He has worked in the electricity industry in Northern Ireland for 22 years. This included various engineering positions with NIE from 1983 until 1992. Since then, he has worked for AES at the Belfast West plant until 2000 as both Commercial Manager and Plant Manager.

Shane has a BSc with honours in Mechanical Engineering for Queens University and a Msc with distinction in Finance and Investment from the University of Ulster.
