Charles is the founder and CEO of TSW. Since forming the Company over 30 years ago, TSW is recognised as one of the leading training/development organisations in Wales.
Charles also operates as a consultant in Change, Leadership and Executive Coaching with clients across the private, public and third sectors.
Charles participates on a wide range of business advisory boards and government initiatives, connecting learning to business performance with the ultimate aim of improving the prosperity of our communities.
Charles is proud of the commitment that TSW shows to a range of community support initiatives and particularly its flagship Bursary Scheme assisting local young people to pursue a university education.
