Susan Ring
Chief Executive Officer, Unum
Susan has been with Unum for 12 years since joining the company in 1995 as Director of Customer Services. As CEO, Susan leads the business in driving growth and development through the formulation of strategy that in turn directs operational activities and results.
She is also a member of the Senior Executive Team for the Unum Group with responsibility for determining strategy and improving performance of the overall organisation. Susan joined Unum from Private Patients Plan where she was Head of Customer Services. A graduate of Warwick University, Susan holds a degree in German and English.
