Attracting and retaining high quality individuals is one of the key challenges for any employer. The work of Opportunity Now actively assists in this endeavour and provides excellent value for money.

We have a membership network of over 350 organisations from the private, public and education sectors, representing over 5 million employees.  We act as a broker and facilitator between employers by providing advice, sharing best practice and conducting research. We assist employers in setting goals and auditing performance through a self-assessment, benchmarking tool. We also recognise outstanding examples of best practice in our annual awards. We run over 30 events a year to help employers achieve equality, diversity and inclusion for women in their workplaces.
