What we're working on...

    Business in the Community's Opportunity Now campaign works on the  issues around gender equality and diversity in the workplace remain complex. We work to to share and inspire best practice and to give employers and their people the tools to drive change

    Business in the Community's Race for Opportunity campaign works supports and challenges employers, who are increasingly realising that working proactively on race and cultural diversity can have a positive impact on business performance in terms of increased efficiency and productivity.

  • Diversity Benchmarking

    Opportunity Now ( Business in the Community's gender campaign ) and Race for Opportunity  (Business in the Community's race equality campaign) both run yearly benchmarking surveys. These surveys are free to members of the campaigns and are available to non- members too, although no banding or score will be provided. Comprehensive details are available at the link above.

  • Events from Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity

    Business in the Community's Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity offer a wide range of events throughout the year, ranging from major diversity and equality conferences to smaller roundtable member- only meetings.
