Greg Casson

Greg Casson is an Organisational Consultant and Workplace Wellness Director with Right Management.  

Greg has extensive experience of both the EAP and wellbeing market place having previously supported multi-national Corporates, the Public Sector and SME clients with their employee offerings and helping them to define their wellness strategies.

Over the last 2.5 years, Greg has been responsible for the implementation of one of the largest corporate wellbeing projects in Europe which supports 120,000 employees.  The project is fundamental in designing the strategy of the organisation at both board level and site unit level, so that each location has its very own targeted wellbeing strategy linking back into existing and traditional suppliers of health services, thus maximising contract value and providing  truly targeted and proactive intervention.

 A subject matter expert on using ‘wellness as a driver of employee engagement’, Greg helps organisations understand the links between health, engagement and organisational factors so they are better positioned to drive productivity and reduce absence.

As a leading Practitioner within Corporate Wellness, Greg also provides input into the Business in the Community Workwell programme.
