Divisional Director, iFS Payment Solutions, Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks

Kath was appointed as Divisional Director, iFS Payment Solutions for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank in November 2009, with responsibility for developing the strategy and implementation of a new Payments Division for Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks, incorporating Merchant Acquiring, Business Internet Banking and International Trade.

Previously Kath spent four years as the Head of Integrated Financial Solutions (business banking) for Yorkshire and the North East within Yorkshire Bank, where she led a team of around 350, of which more than half were in managerial positions.

Kath joined Yorkshire Bank straight from school as a trainee branch cashier and has worked in a variety of roles and functions, including retail banking, credit, training, marketing and business banking. Kath holds an MBA specialising in Financial Services.  She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a member of Business in the Community’s Yorkshire and Humber Advisory Board.
