Philip was raised and educated in Yorkshire and has always been committed to giving practical support to local businesses, organisations and charities. He is Chairman of ProHelp in North Yorkshire and company secretary of a number of organisations including Venturefest Yorkshire, York Professionals and Science City York.
Philip is married with three children, lives in East Yorkshire and is a keen equestrian.
