AGM & Leadership Summit

Service Disruption: Maintenance work is taking place on the website from 29th November to 7th December. You can still register for events, and if you find that you can't log in please contact us.

Business in the Community's AGM and Leadership Summit will convene up to 500 senior business leaders from across The Prince's Responsible Business Network in December 2017.

Rapid change in the economy is creating significant challenges to communities across the UK. The impact of new ways of working, digital technology and businesses who are adapting to the new landscape is contributing to the creation of communities and people who no longer have the skills and resources needed to succeed and thrive. There is an urgent need for businesses to examine new opportunities to support long-term change in places of greatest need.

Business in the Community is accelerating the work that enables communities to reinvent themselves, bring prosperity back to their citizens and reignite pride in a place.

Speakers include:

  • Amanda Mackenzie, OBE, Chief Executive Business in the Community
  • Lord Victor Adebowale CBE, Chief Executive, Turning Point
  • Oli Barrett MBE
  • Peter Simpson, Chief Executive Anglian Water Group (Responsible Business of the Year winner 2017)

We will also use this event to welcome Business in the Community's Chairman Elect, Jeremy Darroch, Group Chief Executive, Sky Plc.
