Caroline joined Hilton Worldwide in 2013, where she is responsible for supporting the development and activation of the company’s global Corporate Responsibility strategy priorities across 350 properties in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Caroline previously worked at Sodexo UK & Ireland for three years as Corporate Citizenship and Engagement Advisor, where she supported the implementation the company’s global corporate citizenship strategy for the region’s 35,000 employees. Prior to joining Sodexo, Caroline interned with the UN Special Representative for Business and Human Rights, focusing on gender issues.
Caroline holds a Masters in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC and graduated in European Studies from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Lille, France and the Westfaelische Wilhelms Universitaet Muenster, Germany. Caroline is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a keen cyclist, and, true to her French nationality, a wine and cheese lover.
