We get involved in all our local communities through a range of volunteering opportunities. For example our staff in Pudsey had a team volunteering day supporting refugees with CV skills and interview practice. You’ll be able to get involved in similar activities with your two days paid volunteering leave per year.
We are committed to our own responsibilities to society and the environment. We support our staff by our own environmentally sustainable actions such as running sustainable events, reducing our energy emissions from premises and transport, resource-use, waste management and recycling.
