Age at Work Champions' Forum: Age Inclusive Workplaces

Time: to

London EC3P

The Champions' Forum is a quarterly meeting of Age at Work Champion Members. This event will focus on creating Age Inclusive Workplaces.

The Champions' Forums will bring together our Champion partners on a quarterly basis, to learn about the latest thinking on age at work, exchange knowledge and learnings with each other and help shape the content of the campaign in line with the direction set by the Leadership team.
In this the first Champions Forum the focus will be on creating Age Inclusive Workplaces – which the companies in our member survey showed was the most important topic on Age.
Attendees will get a preview of the findings from the Age-Friendly Workplaces research with the Centre for Ageing Better, which is due to be published in June 2018.
You will also have the opportunity to shape our new employer-facing toolkit and workshop on intergenerational cohesion at work, which is being developed to coincide with the launch of the research. Finally, you will hear updates from the Age at Work campaign, including events and projects planned for the year ahead.
This event is for Champion partners of the Age at Work campaign only, and would be most valuable to representatives from Human Resources/People functions, Diversity & Inclusion, CSR or other practitioners working on issues related to age. Please feel free to bring a colleague with you if you would find it more valuable.
