This member networking event will share the findings of Business in the Community’s third national YouGov employee Mental Health at Work report taking a special look at the findings for Wales.

Aims of the event
To provide an overview of the findings and recommendations of Business in the Community’s third YouGov employee Mental Health at Work report in conjunction with Mercer.

There will be an opportunity to hear from some guest speakers about how they are tackling mental health at work. Attendees will be invited to share their thoughts on this very sensitive issue and discuss in small groups in a confidential and relaxed environment.

An opportunity to network over tea/coffee will bring this event to a close no later than 12:00

This event is free for BITC members only and may be of particular interest to people working in Human Resources, Personnel or in the area of employee wellbeing.
