This event is one of BITC Cymru's regular Members' Forums.
These sessions are the main vehicle for sharing best practice with and between member companies and providing opportunities to debate these and other pressing issues. With the topics identified by our members, the Forums embody the business-led approach that is taken by BITC Cymru.
The Forums (a series of typically four delivered across our planning year) cover a broad range of topics from HR to employee engagement; and from measuring community impact to building responsible business strategies. Our Forums are ideal opportunities for Members to discuss openly the challenges and issues they are currently facing.
Our February Forum, kindly hosted by Swansea University School of Management, will focus on the digital revolution and new economy facing Welsh employers and crucially the opportunities and challenges around embracing new technology, whilst at the same time remaining secure in what companies do online. How is your business getting GDPR ready? What will you do with customer data in the future and is this a liability or risk to your business. There are also opportunities for development and growth in this Brave New World as well - these will be the topics up for discussion.
