The next Business in the Community Wales Members’ Forum will be an opportunity to discuss the challenge of recruiting and working with the next generation of employees. Are companies recruiting and marketing themselves in the right way to attract the next generation of talent? Or are they missing out on accessing a huge talent pool?
Our next Members’ Forum will take place on Monday 14 April 2014 at ACT Training, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. Members’ Forums are free to Business in the Community members with topics set by members. At our next event you can hear from The BBI Group on how they seek to engage the next generation of employees and the role that responsible business practices plays in supporting this exercise.
Hear also from our hosts ACT Training, Wales’ leading training provider, on the valuable role they are playing in delivering work-based qualifications and apprenticeships for learners aged 16 upwards and their impressive on-site facilities available to support this learning.
The session will be interactive, featuring group discussions with plenty of time for networking. The Forum will also provide an opportunity to hear how Business in the Community can support your business as well as highlighting latest programmes for members to get involved with.
