We all know that employee wellbeing is important, but how do we make it happen? Our Workwell Model has been developed by business for business. Based on robust evidence, it demonstrates the benefits of taking a strategic, proactive approach to wellbeing and engagement and provides practical support to help you take action.

On Thursday 1 May we would like you to come and share the challenges you are facing and consider how you could use the model to support your employees and help you meet your business objectives.

Going beyond offering gym membership and health checks, the model considers everything from how job design to management culture can make a difference. It also looks at specialist support options and how you can build emotional resilience within your business.
