Taking place during Responsible Business Week 2015, this workshop will give voluntary sector organisations and businesses an opportunity to share and understand each other’s role in creating successful responsible business partnerships.

Developed in partnership between Southampton Voluntary Services and Business in the Community, the workshop aims to dispel the myths surrounding responsible business and voluntary sector organisations. Through a series of interactive sessions led by our Southampton Business Connector, you will take away a number of handy hints and tips on how to build sustainable partnerships.

  • Businesses

Businesses who join this session will gain an insight to the current challenges facing the voluntary sector and discover how you can maximise your impact with even relatively limited resources.

Businesses of all sizes, sector and stages of the responsible business journey are welcome to join us and share their perspective of working with the voluntary sector.  Share your successes, challenges and discover what current opportunities exist for building local partnerships.

  • Community organisations

Community organisations who join this event will be encouraged to share their perspective of working with businesses. Discover how you can maximise the benefits through a mutually beneficial partnership and meet with our Southampton Business Connector who will be providing some handy hints and tips through the session.
