Cambridgeshire Business Action on Public Health Practitioner Event

This free practitioner event is designed to give employers an understanding of the business case for supporting the mental wellbeing of their employees, along with practical advice on driving wellbeing intiatives in your business.

The event is delivered by Business in the Community and the Cambridgeshire Public Health team, and is aimed at anyone in an organisation responsible for health and wellbeing of staff, including but not limited to those with personnel or occupational health responsibilities. 

Speakers

We are delighted to have Organisational Health Psychologist, Professor Derek Mowbray, of the Wellbeing & Performance Group, as our keynote speaker.

Derek will present on how the psychological wellbeing of your organisation and your employees can have a real impact on productivity and performance. He will advise delegates on the impact of corporate and workforce resilience, and explain how to tackle the issue.

The Public Health team from Cambridgeshire, along with other partners will also share potential mental wellbeing solutions, including free mental health First Aid Lite training for your employees.
