This free practitioner event is designed to give employers an understanding of the business case for supporting the mental wellbeing of their employees, along with practical advice on driving wellbeing initiatives in their business.

The event is delivered by Business in the Community in partnership with the Hertfordshire Public Health team, and is aimed at anyone in an organisation responsible for health and wellbeing of staff, including but not limited to those with personnel or occupational health responsibilities.

We are delighted to have Senior Psychologist, Dr Joanne Wood, of the Hertfordshire Enhanced Primary Mental Health Services, as our keynote speaker.

Jo will present on how the psychological wellbeing of your organisation and your employees can have a real impact on productivity and performance. She will advise delegates on the benefits of building a resilient workforce, and explain how to tackle the issue.

Carol Duff, an experienced Mental Health First Aid Trainer and mental health practitioner, will also share her workplace experience of breaking down mental health stigma in your business and share an overview of the newly launched Mental Health Lite training.

The Public Health team from Hertfordshire, along with other partners will also share potential employee wellbeing solutions, including free Mental Health First Aid Lite training for your employees.
