The digital transformation of the UK economy is a significant opportunity to drive growth and prosperity for the betterment of both business and individuals.
However, this digital transformation also presents challenges with an estimate that 65 per cent of children in primary school today will work in job types that don’t yet exist1. The old adage ‘the only thing constant is change’ is never more accurate than when applied to our current world of work.
So, what action do we, as leaders, need to take now to ensure that our organisations’ digital transformations are sustainable, ethical and inclusive?
About the event
At this dinner we will hear from PwC about some of the different approaches that other businesses are taking to respond to these responsible digital business challenges and opportunities, with a particular focus on their work to improve the diversity of the tech workforce. Business in the Community (BITC) will share its digital campaign priorities, and you will be invited to join the discussion on the opportunity for responsible businesses to act.
A three-course dinner will be provided.
