We know that business needs young people with essential skills, such as leadership, teamwork, creativity, problem solving, and digital skills, including a knowledge of how technology can help with a range of job tasks and roles, and the ability to use data to learn and improve.
Resilience and wellbeing are also vital for young people and their future.
About the event
During the dinner you will hear examples from Rachael Saunders, Business in the Community’s (BITC) Education Director, and Frank Nigriello, Director of Corporate Affairs at Unipart, about how business can work with schools to ensure that young people have the skills they need to thrive in future.
A round-table discussion will follow about how best practice in organisations can be shared with schools.
A three-course dinner will be provided.
