Visit led by by Carillion plc, and taking place as part of Responsible Business Week 2015.
This visit aims to help delegates better understand how businesses can offer people a route out of re-offending through employment.
They will have the chance to meet some prisoners, have a look around HM Prison Altcourse, visit a Big Lottery funded innovative programme supporting people with multiple and complex needs at Liverpool Waves of Hope and also hear from employers already supporting ex-offenders.
The visit will also introduce delegates to two initiatives; Business in the Community's Ban the Box campaign and the work of the Reducing Re-offending through Employment Network, originally convened by Walgreens Boots Alliance to increase the opportunities available for ex-offenders to move into sustainable employment.
Each delegate will have the opportunity to reflect on what they have seen during the visit and consider the action their business can take.
