Changing weather patterns, as a result of climate change, are creating new challenges including increased flood risk and, conversely, water shortages during hotter summer months. These issues affect all businesses, with SMEs often the hardest hit.  Businesses need to build resilience to adapt to these changes and survive emergency events such as extreme weather.
