By 4 April 2018 every UK organisation with 250 employees or more must publish its gender pay gap. This workshop aims to help business contextualise these results and position themselves both internally and externally to create narrative that is conducive for growth and change.
Delegates will then have the opportunity to discuss their own experiences and share questions.
