Workshop: Encouraging resilience among customers and suppliers

An interactive, introductory workshop on how organisations can support small business customers and suppliers to be more resilient to disruptive events such as floods, fires, and cyber security breaches.

We will start with a challenge: What does resilience mean? We will finish with a common understanding of resilience and you will take-away insights and practical guidance on how your organisation really can help businesses within your customer and supplier groups become more resilient.

Agenda for the day
After a welcome and introduction, a number of talks will place, including a discussion around how you can help small businesses preapre for, respond to and recover from disruptive events. This will be followed by a talk from a guest speaker and a Q&A.

CSR, procurement, business continuity, risk and small business management professionals.

Please note this workshop is for Business in the Community members only and requires one credit. If you have not yet renewed your membership onto BITC’s new proposition this is included in your current membership fee.
