An interactive, introductory workshop on how organisations can support small business customers and suppliers to be more resilient to disruptive events such as floods, fires, and cyber security breaches.
We will start with a challenge: What does resilience mean? We will finish with a common understanding of resilience and you will take-away insights and practical guidance on how your organisation really can help businesses within your customer and supplier groups become more resilient.
