Learn how large businesses can develop the resilience of small business customers and suppliers

An interactive introductory course focusing on how you can support your small business customers and suppliers to be more resilient to disruptive events such as floods, fires, and cyber security breaches.

We will start with a challenge: What does resilience mean? We will finish with a common understanding of resilience; and you will take-away insights and practical guidance on how your organisation really can help small businesses become more resilient.
