Join Business in the Community (BITC) for a lunchtime roundtable discussion on why and how employers can provide secure work for employees.

We will discuss the business benefits, including increased retention and productivity, a more diverse workforce and better health and wellbeing in the workforce, as well as the practicalities in making changes within an organisation.
