Ben Irvine is a Director and Regional Client Account Lead in the occupier-focused Work Dynamics team for JLL , based in London and the Midlands. He is responsible for managing and delivering real estate services to key occupier clients across the globe.
He has been instrumental in the success of a number of real estate projects and is renowned for building, developing and motivating diverse teams across multiple regions.
Ben has over 18 years of real estate experience, recently managing transactions and providing strategic advice across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden plus parts of Asia and Africa. He has previous experience working directly with Siemens Energy, Aon, Cisco, Iron Mountain and GSK plus institutional investors.
Recent experience has focused on the traditional and flexible office and industrial sectors across EMEA whilst also advising on a variety of projects for clients including rural site acquisitions, licenses and sublease and development opportunities.
Prior to his current role Ben held the position of Acquisitions Manager for a company, based in Western Canada. He implemented a strategic portfolio review and delivered strategies to assist in improving value, streamlining operations and maximizing sales and net margin across the downstream network along with refinery and processing sites.
