Aisling is the Chief Strategy Officer Global Clients at Grey Global, Founder of the WPP Corporate Practice and heads up WPP’s relationship with the United Nations.
She joined WPP in 2012 to work on WPP’s Team GSK and Team P&G. She now specialises in corporate strategy, reputation management, citizenship and communications. She is a passionate advocate of responsible business and sustainability. In 2016, Aisling led the launch of #JoinTheHerd – a global lobby platform created to stop the ivory trade, resulting in four UN resolutions and legislative change in China, Hong Kong, UK, US, Canada and France.
Aisling pioneered ‘The People’s Seat’ for the United Nations and UNFCCC, providing an unprecedented opportunity for people around the world to have their voices directly heard by world leaders with #TakeYourSeat. The campaign was launched by Sir David Attenborough, who delivered the first People’s Seat Address at COP24, the UN’s Climate Change Conference. It launch dominated global media as the top news story and has ensured that the voice of the people is represented in negotiations.
Aisling’s work has been awarded with multiple creative and effectiveness awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencil and the Grand Prix at the Marketing Society Awards.
