Claudia is a Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, a part of Accenture Digital. Her work focuses on Digital strategy, transformation and innovation; she is also particularly interested in and involved with work that focuses on the organisational culture and change elements of Digital transformation. She believes firmly that technology change can only take you so far; building the right open, collaborative business models and cultures through Digital technology is what makes organisations really come alive.
Claudia joined Accenture 11 years ago. In that time, she has worked across various part of the organisation and across both the private and public sector. She currently leads a portfolio of work at a large Energy and Utilities sector client and looks after Health and Public Service as an industry group for Accenture Interactive, where she has worked with the Mayor of London on the London Apprenticeship Campaign. In addition to these roles, Claudia is also the People Advocate for Accenture’s Analyst Consulting Group; its Management Consulting graduate programme. As People Advocate, Claudia is responsible for employee engagement, inclusion and diversity and corporate citizenship.
Growing up, Claudia dreamed of being a movie director. She attended New York University after a degree in English Literature from the University of Glasgow, and obtained a PhD at the Cinema Studies department of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She taught at University level while in the US, focusing on political philosophy and its application to different forms of visual cultures. She is still obsessed by and involved in film and the arts more broadly.
