As the Vice President and General Manager of the Scotland and Northern Ireland regions, Diane Mulholland oversees all operations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in these areas. Her business helps over 300,000 customers a year, employs over 300 people in Scotland and Northern Ireland and turns over £50m per year.
Diane plays an active role in public affairs and diversity issues for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and sits on the internal European Diversity Board and the Business Advisory Board of the Management School, University of Stirling.
Internally, Diane has been an integral part of the female mentoring programme, supporting women in the business and helping them to progress and reach their full potential. Programmes like this have helped the company remain one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for the tenth year running.
Aside from this, Diane has championed the partnership between Enterprise and Stonewall Scotland internally. Diane and her team work in partnership with Business in the Community Scotland and Northern Ireland, which led to Enterprise being awarded the 'Working Better' Award in 2015 and the 'Large Company of the Year' Award in 2016.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Diane holds and MA (Hons) in Business and Economics and in May 2016 was awarded an Honorary Professorship from the University of Stirling.
Diane lives in Stirling with her husband and two sons.
