Fiona Dunsire is Mercer’s UK CEO. She is also a member of the Executive Team for Mercer in Europe and the Pacific.
Mercer in the UK employs around 2,500 people across 13 offices. We advise over 3000 companies on the issues impacting the health, wealth and careers of their people. Under her leadership, Mercer’s UK business has grown successfully, creating a new Consumer business unit and developing the Health and Talent capabilities, alongside the established pensions and investment business.
Fiona joined Mercer in 1988 and has over 28 years' consulting experience across pensions and investments. Prior to becoming Mercer’s UK CEO, she led Mercer’s Investment business in the UK for over five years. During that time the business developed its market leading Delegated Solutions and Mercer Workplace Savings businesses.
Fiona is an active advocate for diversity and is a member of the 30% Club and the 30% Club Higher Education Working Group, the Diversity Project Advisory Council and the BiTC Age at Work Leadership team.
Fiona has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Strathclyde University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. She lives in London with her partner and two sons.
