''Nationwide branches aren't just a physical environment, they're about connecting communities and serving members in a way that makes Nationwide different to other financial companies.
We have a key role to play in delivering legendary service, bringing our human touch to life to build meaningful relationships with our members. In a digital world, it's important to ensure we can offer this to our members as and when they need it. It makes me so proud to hear stories from branches where we've had a genuine impact on a customer's life, whether that's through saving them money on their mortgage or helping them save for their future''.
