Mark is responsible for approx. 400 colleagues in some 52 branches across the Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire area for Barclays. He leads the team to help provide financial solutions to personal and business customers and, within that process looks to make their lives easier from a banking point of view. He joined Barclays in 2007, as head of Barclays Coventry Contact telephony Centre bringing with him 28 years experience from Lloyds Banking group across a broad range of discipline including business, corporate, general insurance and retail banking. Mark holds diplomas in Banking, Marketing and Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He has sat on Contact Centre Boards, Bristol Bedminster Business improvement District, franchising boards and Married to Debra with 3 grown up daughters. His interests include music, travel and sport.
