Sheila is a Director in PwC and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. She currently leads the Scottish investment management assurance practice and is responsible for the various technical forums PwC facilitate for the Scottish investment management industry. Sheila also sits on the ICAS Pensions Committee, having previously led the Scottish Pensions Assurance Practice.
She dedicates her time to providing audit, accounting and advisory services to a wide variety of pension scheme and investment management clients and has worked with clients on areas of effectiveness and risk as well as playing a key part in the wider Financial Services Practice in PwC.
Sheila has been engaged in the communities aspect of PwC since it was launched in Scotland nine years ago, playing a role in the Head Teachers Leadership Academy, which PwC supported. She also heads up the Community Affairs programme for PwC in Glasgow promoting their work and encouraging involvement of partners and staff in such activities, working with a variety of charities and social enterprises across Scotland.
In her spare time, when Sheila is not entertaining her large, extended family or friends, she enjoys running, hill-walking, swimming, cycling and reading.
