Clare Griffin is GSK’s Vice President of Trust and Global Health. Having joined the company in 2012, her remit includes responsible business strategy and policy development, engaging with investors and other stakeholders on environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics and overseeing the company’s integrated annual report and ESG indices and benchmarks. Clare also sits on GSK’s board-level corporate responsibility committee.
In addition, Clare is responsible for communications and government affairs in support of the company’s global health strategy.
Previously, Clare has worked both in-house and as a consultant on responsible business strategy and engagement across a range of industries in the US and the UK.
In her early career she worked for the UK charity Shelter and has served on the UK’s Living Wage Foundation advisory council.
Clare has an MSc in responsible business practice from the University of Bath and a BA in history from the University of Cambridge.
