One of Ipswich’s finest medieval churches it has been virtually derelict for the last 30 years. The vision is to develop a vibrant Arts Centre serving Ipswich and its diverse communities.
A number of ProHelp Suffolk members are currently involved with the project. Richard MacRae of ERDM Architecture, who has been instrumental in helping to keep the project on track. Victoria Spellman of Gotelees Solicitors has helped and advised the Ipswich Arts Centre on establishing themselves as a ‘not for profit’ Community Interest Company.
Stuart Coy of Playle & Partners who is available to assist with the quantity surveying as the project progresses. Bawden Burrows of MLM who has been providing electrical engineering advice. Kevin Ward and Andrew Staff of Conatus who are undertaking a review of the current business plan.
The wealth of advice and enthusiasm that ProHelp members continue to give to the Ipswich Arts Centre are helping to drive this project forward.
