Head of Sustainability,
JLL UK

Climate Action Leadership Team

As Head of Sustainability for JLL UK, Emma Hoskyn leads on commercial and corporate sustainability agendas, working with a growing team of over 100 sustainability professionals across business. Emma is championed with building on JLL’s 20-year sustainability heritage and supporting their clients with innovative, holistic solutions. She joined JLL’s sustainability consulting team in 2007 before moving into the central sustainability team as Head of Sustainable Client Solutions in 2020. Emma sits on JLL UK’s Executive Board, ensuring that JLL’s sustainability agenda remains core to decision-making and business strategy.

JLL has partnered with Business in the Community for many years. They supported work on the circular economy and more recently the Just Transition report, which looks to ensure a fair and inclusive journey to a net-zero, resilient future where people and nature thrive. Joining the Climate Action Leadership Team is a natural next step for JLL, and Emma is very pleased to be able to represent JLL and the real estate sector. She is keen to drive forward the actions needed to encourage and support businesses in their transition towards a low carbon, socially just future.

Emma is an enthusiastic member of a community choir and a keen diver, having spent two months in Madagascar on a diving conservation project while on a career sabbatical. She can also be found swimming, cycling and running at JLL’s Property Triathlon.
