Thu, 15 April 2021  @  11:00  –  12:00

Join us to understand what makes a healthy workplace. This session will focus on steps you can take to ensure that where your staff work is a place that is healthy and supports them to be productive and engaged in work.

About the webinar
This session is part of a series of Business in the Community (BITC) Cymru webinars, which will give attendees a chance to hear from other business owners and leaders. These leaders will share how they have adapted during the COVID crisis to ensure that their employees are still experiencing a healthy workplace, wherever they are working – even from home.

The session will also give business leaders some straightforward advice on the steps that can be taken towards making sure your workplace is healthy and that there are mechanisms in place to support your staff, both now and in the future.

Attendees will also hear from one of Business in the Community (BITC) Cymru’s, 2020 Responsible Business Champions who will share the ways in which they have made their workplace healthy.
