Business in the Community (BITC) invites you to unlock the benefits of employing people from excluded groups and to hear from companies innovating in this area at our Powering Partnerships Breakfast, supported by JTI.

We will share the findings of our work on improving outcomes for excluded groups and launch our toolkit Inclusive Employment – how to inspire, hire and grow diverse talent. This event for senior leaders will showcase the very best of the employment partnerships we have uncovered. Speakers will include People and Culture Director at JTI, Susana Sierra and BITC Campaign and Content Director, Cath Sermon. The event will equip you to work in partnership with charities and other support organisations to change the employment landscape for people from excluded groups.

Following the presentations you are invited to visit Picasso’s ground-breaking exhibition, Picasso and Paper, and network with colleagues from leading businesses, voluntary and community organisations and the public sector.
