Wed, 16 June 2021  @  10:00  –  11:00

Join this webinar and learn how to embrace flexible, remote and hybrid working to advance gender equality in the workplace.

About the webinar
COVID-19 has changed attitudes to remote working as well as wider expectations about how work is done. Employers should seize the opportunities that more flexible, remote and hybrid working brings to address barriers women face in the workplace; from expanding the pool of available jobs to facilitating more equal division of care in the home. A mindful shift to a model where flexibility is the default rather than the exception could turbo-charge the drive for gender equality at work.

Join this webinar to find out:

  • how flexible working can advance gender equality at work
  • what is needed to make your approach effective and supportive of women, ie greater autonomy over working patterns
  • examples from member organisations who have embraced flexible working as part of their culture and embedded it into their plans for the future.
