The Fylde Coast Responsible Business Network in partnership with Napthens Solictors is hosting a free webinar for businesses across the Fylde Coast in the North West offering practical HR and legal advice.

About the webinar

The session will cover the following topics:

  • Employment law
  • Managing increasing / reducing workforce         
  • Inclusion and wellbeing of employees

Attendees will also hear from guest speakers including:

  • Roxanne Buckley, Associate Solicitor, Napthens
  • Emma Christian, People Consultant, Napthens

Roxanne and Emma will be giving advice and support on how to manage increasing or reducing your workforce in the current climate, understanding employment law and the inclusion and wellbeing of employees.
