In partnership with Make My Money Matter, Business in the Community (BITC) explores the powerful role pensions can play in driving your responsible business strategy.

About the webinar
Join us at this event, in partnership with Make My Money Matter, to learn more about how your pensions can play an integral role in driving the impact of your responsible business strategy.

As a key partner of Make My Money Matter, the campaign calling on pension funds to use our pensions to build a better world, BITC is supportive of encouraging the businesses we work with to sign up to the Green Pension Charter. The Green Pensions Charter is aligned with the UN’s Race to Zero initiative, which aims to rally leadership for a healthy, resilient, zero carbon recovery that prevents future threats and unlocks inclusive, sustainable growth.

Audience
This event is open to both BITC members and non-members. It is suitable for CSR/responsible business managers/practitioners, environment managers/practitioners and senior managers.

BITC’s Environment agenda
With the UK’s presidency of COP26 and this year’s G7, the government’s commitment to net zero emissions before 2050, and a growing demand from across society to “Build Back Better” from the pandemic, the time for action is now.

BITC’s environment and sustainability agenda encourages innovative and transformational change at the core of business. Our programmes focus on building a one-planet economy that delivers lasting prosperity through the UN Global Goals, also known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
